Our client is a rapidly growing Saudi Arabian Telecoms company.
They deliver Telecom Engineering Services to large telecoms providers and network operators. They cover 2G, 3G, wireless and wire-line networks, NGN, VoIP, Data Networks and more. They specialise in the most recently developed and released technologies and standards
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Based in Tax Free Saudi Arabia
• Open to all nationalities including UK & Europe
• Visa arranged for you
• Must have Middle East experience
• Should be a qualified Telecommunications Engineer
• At least 10 years hands on experience
• Very strong calibre leader
• Should have worked with a leading Telecoms company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare Periodic financial analysis to identify trends and/or problems, prepare evaluations and recommendations based on financial analysis to the top management for consideration..
• Develop and maintain sound internal control procedures, and implement an efficient and timely financial reporting system.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports including income, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate necessary activities with agencies/representatives, independent auditors, banks, insurance companies and other outside organizations as required.
• Prepare special financial analysis and recommendations as directed by the company's CEO.
• Responsible for the risk management, including negotiations and timely renewal of policies, agreements and contracts.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with respect to all financial obligations.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of an accredited university with Master Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA, CMA or CPA
• Western Education is valued
• Bilingual; Arabic and English must.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in a top managerial financial position.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong knowledge and actual experience in implementing best practices relating to finance & accounting functions.
• IT oriented and working knowledge of spreadsheets SW
